Hazara Division Mining
The Hazara region is a historic region in
northern Pakistan, located in the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province. Hazara Division has a rich history shaped by various cultures and influences. Hazara Division comprises several districts, each with its own unique features and significance. The main 08 districts of Hazara Division are Abbottabad, Haripur, Mansehra, Battagram, Upper Kohistan, Lower Kohistan, Kolai Pallas Kohistan and Torghar. Hazara Zone contains lot of Minerals i.e Beryl, Feldspar, Fluorite, Galena, Garnet, Graphite, Magnetite, Magnesite, Marble, Quartz, Sheelite, Talc and Gemstones.

Malakand Division Mining
Malakand Division is an administrative division of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province of Pakistan. Malakand Division is comprising 09 districts i.e. Swat, Shangla, Buner, Malakand, Dir Upper & Lower, Chitral Upper & Lower and Bajaur Tribal District The region is rich in various minerals and natural resources. Here are some key mines and minerals found in the division, Limestone, Gypsum, Marble, Slate, Copper, Iron Ore and Coal: Present in smaller quantities, primarily used locally. The mining sector in Malakand Division plays a crucial role in the local economy, providing employment and supporting various industries.

Dara Adam Khel Coal Mining
Darra Adam Khel, a region known for its gunsmiths and weapons trade, also boasts significant coal reserves. The area is home to numerous coal mines.

Chitral Division Mining
Chitral Division, located in the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province of Pakistan, has a rich and diverse history shaped by its unique geography and cultural influences. Chitral, a remote and culturally rich district in northern Pakistan, is also known for its mineral resources. The region has deposits of various gemstones, including aquamarine. Chitral Division comprises 02 main districts Upper Chitral District and Lower Chitral District Chitral Division is rich in various minerals and natural resources. Mardan Division Mining
Mardan Division is located in the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province of Pakistan and is known for its rich history, culture, and agricultural significance. It consists of 02 districts: Mardan and Swabi. Mardan Division is rich in various minerals and has several mining activities. Here are some key minerals found in the region: Key Minerals 1. Limestone: Widely used in construction and cement manufacturing. 2. Gypsum: Mined for use in plaster and wallboard. 3. Clay: Used for pottery and brick-making. 4. Sand and Gravel: Commonly used in construction projects. 5. Coal: Found in some areas, primarily used for local energy needs. Notable Mining Areas • Mardan District: Known for limestone and gypsum mining, with several operational quarries. • Swabi District: Has limestone and clay deposits that are utilized in construction and ceramics.
